As relatives of some of the 67 Britons killed held a minute's silence to mark the moment when the first hijacked airliner in the Twin Towers in New York, a group of around 100 men chanted and brandished banners emblazoned with anti-American slogans including 'our dead are in paradise, your dead are in hellfire' and 'Islam will dominate the world'.
